Microsoft Word. Justifying Your Text: You can justify your text so that a paragraph is the same width throughout. At the shortcut buttons at the top you will see your align left, right and centre buttons. Along with those is the justify button, if you highlight your paragraph and click this button the paragraph will be justified. Adding A Theme To Your Document. You can add all sorts of different themes to your document. If you go to Format and then choose Theme you will get a form with all the themes listed on the left hand side. As you click on the theme you will see an example of the theme on the right hand panel. When you have decided on a theme click ok and it will be inserted to your document. Placing A Table On Your Page: Go to Table, Insert and Table. Choose how many columns and how many rows you require in your table and click ok. Now you have placed your table on the page it contains cells and each cell has properties which if you click in the cell you want to change and then right click you will see a choice of properties to set for that cell. |
