Microsoft Powerpoint.

Creating A New Presentation: You can use Powerpoint to create a presentation which can be displayed on screen. This presentation can be presenting a business stratagy or plan or selling a product. However, you don't have to use it for business, it can also be used for home use such as displaying family picnic photos or a wedding and once the presentation is complete you can then email or send it to other family members.

If you double click the Powerpoint icon on your desktop or open it by other means you will be presented with a dialog box offering you several choices, Autocontent Wizard, Design Template or Blank Presentation. You can use the Autocontent Wizard option to help you and give you guidance with your presentation and it will also create part of it for you. You can use the Design Template option which will display many different layout designs for you to pick from. Once you have done that it will design the layout for you and then you can edit it as you choose. The final option is Blank Presentation which will start you with just that and then you can make your own design, however this would be for more advanced users of Powerpoint. Once you have got used to Powerpoint and all it's features you will be able to use this comfortably.
