Microsoft Outlook.

Outlook Won't Open: You double click the icon on your desktop or try to open outlook by some other means and nothing happens. Sometimes outlook becomes stuck and this is what you have to do. Press Control, Alt, Del at the same time, click on the Task Manager button and then click on the Processes tab. Find the Outlook.exe processes running in the list and find the one that is using the most memory. You will find this in the column headed Mem Usage. Highlight that process and then click on button End Process. If you have tried to open more than one instance on Outlook you will find that they will all open once you have terminated the one that is causing the problem.

Organize: Right click on your Inbox folder, choose New Folder and then name your folder relevent to the emails you will be recieving from your contact. Choose Organize from the short cut menu and then click on the message that you want to create a rule for. Underneath where it says Create a rule use the dropdown box and click on Other Folder. Pick out the folder you have just created and then click on the button that says Create. When you get asked to create this rule for all messages click Yes. Now all messages recieved from this contact will automatically go into your new folder.
