I.T.S. provides remote software support. However if we determine that there is a hardware failure we will come to you. There is no call out charge.

Hardware support is provided at an hourly rate, but we can almost say 99% of the time we will be able to fix your computer, or provide you with replacement equipment, without you spending a small fortune.
